Huawei is working on a new foldable screen smartphone. According to a source close to the company, the device called Huawei Mate X3 will be unveiled at a special event in the second half of April .
It was previously reported that the Chinese manufacturer will include the Kirin 9000 4G chipset in the Huawei Mate X3 . However, the latest leak indicates that the Snapdragon 888 4G chipset will be used. It is unlikely that the device will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship.
Aside from the processor details, it is reported that Huawei will return to the design of the first generation Mate X in its new foldable phone. In other words, the device’s screen will fold outwards. There are also rumors of a 4,500 mAh battery with support for Harmony OS 2.0.1 and 66 W fast charging.
